Humane unveils its futuristic AI Pin wearable

Humane, a startup created by former Apple executives, is working on the \”Ai Pin\”, a wearable AI assistant that uses cameras, projectors and AI technology. The company unveiled the AI Pin at a Paris Fashion Show (Humane x Coperni), to showcase the new form factor of the device. Humane said that supermodel Naomi Campbell was the first person to wear the device outside the company in public before its full reveal on November 9.

It is a standalone device that can perform AI-powered optical recognition. The device also has a speaker and a camera. It is capable of AI-powered optical identification, but also \”privacy first\” due to features like no wake-word and no \”always-on\” listening.
